Karen Gillan is formally a mother to a child lady!
The Guardians of the Galaxy actress, 37, took to Instagram on Thursday, January 2, to disclose that she welcomed her first little one with husband Nick Kocher on the tail-end of 2024.
“2024 thanks for giving us Clementine 🍊,” Gillan shared alongside a sequence of cute photographs revealing child Clementine for the primary time. In a single pic, the Scotland-born actress is seen holding her new child, who sweetly rests her head on her mother’s shoulder. One other photograph reveals Kocher holding Clementine. A 3rd photograph reveals the brand new dad and mom holding mugs that learn, “Greatest Dad Ever” and “Greatest Mother Ever.”
Gillan continued in her caption, “Additionally as per the final slide – I shot a movie known as ‘Let’s Have Children’ proper as I acquired preggo in actual life so take that Daniel Day-Lewis.” The final slide of Gillan’s submit reveals her on the set of the film, sitting on the foot of the mattress of an individual about to offer delivery.
