Barry Watson is paying tribute to his late dad Michael, revealing he realized of his father’s demise two days after being evacuated from his house in the course of the L.A. wildfires in January.
The 7th Heaven alum shared an emotional tribute to his dad via an Instagram post on Thursday, February 13 and gave particulars concerning the second he discovered.
“It was a month in the past after I obtained the decision from my sister. She known as as I used to be on my option to the airport. My spouse, daughter, 3 canines and I had been evacuated from the palisades fireplace for two days. My sister stated ‘I’m sorry, dad simply handed.,” Watson, 50, wrote within the caption. “We cried collectively on the cellphone for a couple of moments. I informed her I might name again after I went by safety. What a bizarre drive that was. (Apologies if I reduce somebody off due to my lack of consideration:).”
Watson went on to replicate on the unhappy information in addition to recall what a tremendous individual his dad had been in life.

Though Watson confirmed his house continues to be standing after the L.A. wildfires through the Instagram publish, he was one of many stars and California residents compelled to flee in the course of the pure catastrophe.
The Highway to Heaven actor evacuated his Brentwood house, sharing a video through Instagram on January 10, as he drove to examine that his nextdoor neighbor, Invoice, had evacuated as properly.
